Mision

The Asociación Cable Aéreo Manizales develops activities aimed at the operation, administration, design, maintenance and advice in public transport of passengers by aerial cables, in order to implement systems more efficient and friendly with the environment that contribute to the improvement of the quality of Life of the community.

Vision

To be the leading entity in the operation and maintenance of public passenger transport systems by Cables Aerial in Colombia, and implement projects that generate knowledge development and economic profitability, offering services of excellent quality.

Strategic objective

Design, build, maintain, advise, manage and operate aerial cables and ecotourism parks or with electromechanical and extreme attractions; As well as participate in the management and interventory of projects in the public transport market by aerial cable, in order to promptly return to the city, the necessary resources to continue carrying out works of social impact.

PQRSD

The Association Cable Aéreo of Manizales puts at the disposal of the participants in the system of PQRSD (requests, complaints, claims, suggestions and complaints) in compliance with the Law of transparency and access to information (1712 2014), and the Statute Against Corruption (Law 1474 of 2011).

Through the system of PQRSD you can send:

Request: is the fundamental right that every person has to submit requests respectful to the authorities for reasons of general interest or particular and to obtain its early resolution.

Request for access to public information: It is the one that, in an oral or written form, including electronic means, can make any person to access to public information. In no case may be rejected the petition on grounds of fundamentación inadequate or incomplete.

History

The urbanization processes that the country has observed during its recent history have demanded the development of new capacities in the provision of the different services that the cities require for their proper functioning.
